DE Technologies co-founder and CEO, Mr. Edward Pool, was the first to conceptualize that present computer technology combined with the global capabilities of the Internet could revolutionize the integrated import/export transaction. By studying the computer utilization techniques of the Dutch business community he theorized that the traditional complexities of global transactions could be reduced to simple mathematical calculations. If this task could be accomplished and interactively transmitted over the Internet/intranets and dynamically combined with an electronic payment system, such as, credit or debit cards, then a whole new frontier would be born. Mr. Pool eventually teamed up with Mr. Douglas Mauer, a telecommunications management consultant, and principal of Biz Net Technologies.  This collaboration of advanced marketing concepts, computer and network expertise resulted in the invention of BOES™ (Borderless Order Entry Systems). To the present day, BOES™ is still the only truly interactive global order entry system that allows manufacturer to consumer direct sales irrespective of the geographic locations of seller and buyer.
